Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund or exchange for a product purchased from Banjaaransoul Jewellery through our website, banjaaransouljewellery.com (the "Platform"). Please read it carefully.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed and the product has been dispatched or is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at your doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once we have checked and verified the issue at our end.

Product Not as Described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not match your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a refund or exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery of your order. Once this window has passed, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must have its original packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Items are replaced (based on an exchange request) only if they are found to be defective or damaged. You agree that certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds, and such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

To place a return or exchange request for an eligible product, please email us at banjaaransouljewellery@gmail.com. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. If your request is approved after a quality check at our end, it will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Refund Processing

In case of any refund approved by Banjaaransoul Jewellery, it will take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Manufacturer Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
