Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company and post office norms. Once dispatched, orders are typically in transit for approximately 3 days before delivery.

Banjaaransoul Jewellery shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address specified at the time of registration or order placement.

If any shipping cost is levied by Banjaaransoul Jewellery, the same is not refundable.
